Here you go! This elf is based off of the Samburu culture/people native to Africa (more specifically Kenya).
I had a lot of fun experimenting with this one and I definitely learned a lot about these people. If you're interested in their customs or the super awesome detailed head-dresses and decorations, do a quick google search. You'll be mesmerized by the colors of their clothing for hours...
